The EC14 Stick Cutter is a semi-automatic cheese cutter for feeding sticks of cheese into slicers or other processes downstream. It is automatically indexed to provide a steady feed to the slicer. With only one operator, it can produce up to 7,000 lbs (3,600 kgs) capacity cutting from 40 lb (20 kg) blocks of cheese. • Power conveyor infeed allows blocks to be loaded into cutter automatically • A variety of block trim portions are available from the side & top of block if required • Wire cutting frames are removable for different stick sizes • Block centering arms produce consistent size sticks • Automatic feed option capable of loading sticks directly into slicer infeed denesting into one layer prior to the slicer
