Main features: The COMBI-3BS machine has the same features as the COMBI-2PL (plunger rod + label) but is equipped with an additional workstation for assembling open-type backstops; The COMBI-3BSR version, on the other hand, has the backstop assembling station upstream of the plunger rod assembly, making it suitable for assembling closed-type backstops; The machines can be equipped with a high-capacity backstop pre-feeder; Backstop feeding can be done with a compact rotary vibrating feeder or a multi-track linear vibrator, which is more suitable for working with multiple backstop formats with a simple format change; Backstop assembly control via sensor or camera (optional); The backstop assembly unit is also available as a stand-alone machine (model COMBI-1BS); All models offer robotic loading and unloading solutions with no glass-to-glass contact.
