Full description
XPRESS enables fast deployment and practical transport of components in record time, reducing the need for road escorts and enabling operations in sites with limited access. Erection and dismantling are fast using a small crane together with the self-erection kit, without affecting operational quality, and providing savings on logistics and third-party services.

Erection / self-erection operations

• The screening unit is electrically lifted to the top of the tower
• The main trailer is hydraulically lifted
• The elevator is rotated into its final position
• The self-erection kit and user-friendly sequence reduce the need for external crews
• Ample access spaces throughout the plant ensure operator safety and rapid maintenance

Options & recyclability
XPRESS accepts multiple optional systems: foam bitumen unit for WMA (warm mix asphalt), MARINI recycling ring, and cold recycling feed into the mixer. These options enable high recycling rates (commonly 25%–40% RAP in specific cases), improving environmental and cost performance. MARINI ENDURANCE anti-wear plates are available to increase abrasion resistance up to six times versus traditional plates.
