Description

More flexibility, more throughput, more competitiveness. To the above market requests Maris answers proposing a new TM extruder HS series, characterized by a D/d ratio 1,65, with a maximum screws speed of 1300 rpm. The torque has been increased of more than 20%, with respect to the HT series. This solution allows to use a bigger free volume, and an enhanced available torque, permitting a production increasing, either in case of high power request or when it is necessary to feed elevated percentage of fillers and/or additives. Thanks to the most performing materials used to manufacture some of the elements composing the extruder, these machines can be applied in the more advanced compounding and reactive extrusion processes.
