Description

Marpa Vacuum MVLR-CLR series single-stage compressors feature the latest liquid-ring compressor technology. An eccentrically mounted impeller rotates inside a housing that is partially filled with operating fluid. The impeller blades are immersed in the fluid and rotate to exert centrifugal force, forming what is called a liquid ring inside the casing. The eccentric rotation of the impeller varies the fluid volume. Thanks to their efficient structure, these products save large amounts of energy and are extremely low maintenance. They are generally used to pump gases containing water vapour and dust.. The materials used to build these pumps can be customised to suit your application, from standard carbon steel to grade-316 stainless steel. Since you can choose the materials, the MVLR-CLR series can also be used to suction corrosive gases or work with corrosive liquids. They allow a maximum final pressure of up to 7 bar with a single-stage impeller.
