Short description
The fully modular and standardized Versaflex hinge-belt conveyor system with plastic chain is ideal for complex three-dimensional routing. It enables economical layouts with curves, level changes and long conveying runs while requiring minimal floor space.

System overview
Versaflex is a single-track hinged-belt conveyor with a low-wear plastic chain running on wear strips. It can operate with a single drive and offers curve radii from approx. 150 mm. Typical application limits include system lengths up to 30 m and conveying speeds up to 60 m/min. The positive-drive design prevents slippage; the system is also suitable for wet areas.

Applications
Versaflex is suitable for conveying bottles, cans, small cartons and for workpiece carriers in assembly lines (e.g. automotive) and for linking machines in production. The system enables gentle, reproducible handling and precise positioning of carriers.
