Description

B-8 Bottom Loading Furnace Our small bottom loading furnace attracts customers in both lab environments and production facilities for a wide variety of applications. All of our furnaces are complete turn-key systems and can be customized to meet specific application needs. Several different hot zone materials and temperature ranges are available as well as various vacuum and gas system options. Our basic system includes a power supply with TC or pyrometer feedback for PID temperature control of the hot zone, a rough vacuum system and an inert gas system for controlling the chamber atmosphere, a water system for cooling and motorized lift system for loading and unloading. All sub-systems are integrated with interlocks for safe, reliable operation and are extensively tested before shipping. Specifications: Hot zone size: 8” diameter X 14” high (203 mm diameter.
