Mattei designs rotary vane compressors specifically conceived to operate in the critical environmental conditions that characterise aluminium processing. Energy Savings Mattei compressors are designed based on energy savings and they are equipped with IE3 efficiency class motors. The low rotation speed of the air end and the 1:1 direct coupling between the electric motor and the compressor ensure energy savings of more than 15% compared to other rotary compressors. High Quality Air Mattei compressors supply extremely clean air, free from impurities thanks to a specific two-stage filtration system: dynamic filtration to capture and extract the heavier contaminants from the air flow, and physical filtration using oversized filters. Reliability Over Time Mattei compressors are designed to meet demanding requests of steady and high pressure compressed air. Resistance to High Temperature Mattei air compressors, thanks to the suitable size of the cooling oil circuit and the oversized electrical parts (more specifically, the copper components of the motors and the magnetic sheets) can withstand the high processing temperatures typical of the aluminium sector. Electronic Control Protection The electronic control instrumentation, located in a dedicated air-conditioned area, constantly monitors the correct operation of the compressors.
