Energy Savings Like all Mattei products, the customised solutions are designed based on energy savings and they are equipped with IE3 or IE4 efficiency class motors. The low rotation speed of the air end and the 1:1 direct coupling between the electric motor and the compressor ensure energy savings of more than 15% compared to other rotary compressors. Extreme Operating Conditions Mattei designs and manufactures solutions with special requirements able to operate in any climatic or environmental conditions (extreme temperatures, presence of dust, particulate matter, chemicals, magnetic fields, etc.) while maintaining constant compressed air quality.
