The Toolanalyzer enables fast and uncomplicated data analysis of Toolinspect data. By means of alarm analyzes, wear analyzes and axis analysis, the complete machining process can be displayed transparently. The advantage in practice: Often it is not the tool that causes an alarm, but, for example, the coolant. The alarm log then also logs the coolant alarm in this case. The alarm analysis is available in all languages and thus enables detailed root cause research. If process forces of different tools and manufacturers have to be analyzed, then there is the process analysis in the Toolanalyzer. Machining positions, fluctuation margins, or cutting parameters that can cause the problem are studied and compared. This also allows the cutting forces of tools from different manufacturers to be compared. The NC programmer is also offered the option of graphically optimizing. The MCA analysis (machine condition analysis) can be used cyclically (for example, once a week) to record axle forces and then compare them with values already stored. In principle, other sizes, such as e.g. Vibration values are used by a SETAC sensor. The first measurement is stored as a reference curve. This makes it easy to compare the current machine status with data stored, for example, when the machine was delivered.
