OverviewMEC crushing plants are delivered as modular complete lines to increase productivity and enable selection of different particle sizes. Typical configurations include a hopper feed conveyor, STARK jaw crusher and/or CRUNCH hammer mill, transfer conveyors and a vibrating screen. Screens permit sorting of up to four particle size ranges. The line layout is configurable to match application requirements. The machines feature a sturdy structure to minimize vibrations during crushing.
Plant can be composed of- STARK jaw crushers and/or CRUNCH hammer mill
- Hopper feed conveyor to supply MEC crushers
- Tilted rubber conveyor belts to transfer crushed material to the vibrating screen
- 2- or 3-level vibrating screens depending on number of size fractions required
- Wheeled collection buckets for easy handling of crushed material
