Description

Overview
MEC crushing plants are delivered as modular complete lines to increase productivity and enable selection of different particle sizes. Typical configurations include a hopper feed conveyor, STARK jaw crusher and/or CRUNCH hammer mill, transfer conveyors and a vibrating screen. Screens permit sorting of up to four particle size ranges. The line layout is configurable to match application requirements. The machines feature a sturdy structure to minimize vibrations during crushing.

Plant can be composed of
  • STARK jaw crushers and/or CRUNCH hammer mill
  • Hopper feed conveyor to supply MEC crushers
  • Tilted rubber conveyor belts to transfer crushed material to the vibrating screen
  • 2- or 3-level vibrating screens depending on number of size fractions required
  • Wheeled collection buckets for easy handling of crushed material

Applications & capabilities
Designed to process abrasive and high-resistance materials. Enables selection and separation of different grain sizes with capacity to sort up to four particulate sizes. Line configuration is adaptable to specific material characteristics and throughput requirements.

Notes
Plants are modular and assembled according to customer application needs; possible combinations include single or multiple crushers, hammer mills, conveyors and multi-level vibrating screens.
