Description

Product overview
CPX300 is a flexible, flame-retardant polyolefin heat-shrink tubing designed for general industrial use. Its high shrink ratio and good resistance to common fluids and solvents make it suitable for insulating and identifying cables, covering irregular shapes and protecting components.

Key features
  • Continuous operating temperature: -55°C to +135°C
  • Shrink ratio: 3/1
  • Thin-wall construction
  • Flexible and flame-retardant (colored versions)

Applications
  • Insulation and identification of wires and cables
  • Covering and protection of irregular profiles and components
  • Wire harnessing and sealing against contaminants
  • Reducing the number of part numbers required to cover a wide diameter range

Standards and approvals
  • UL, CSA
  • VG
  • DEF.STAN. 5997
  • VDE

Technical data
  • Material: polyolefin, thin wall
  • Minimum recovery temperature: 90°C (final diameter ≈ 33% of initial)
  • Chemical resistance to common fluids and solvents

Ordering and sizing
  • High shrink ratio reduces the number of sizes required to cover a broad range of diameters
  • Available in multiple colors and standard cut lengths; contact supplier for specific sizes and options
