Product overview
Air-operated two-column lifter and press for grease and viscous media. With a dedicated 3-way control valve it raises and lowers the pump and follower plate, facilitating drum exchange for 180–220 kg drums. Recommended for high-viscosity greases and media (200 CPS to 500 ASTM). The follower plate is forced down by pressurised pneumatic cylinders to prevent air pockets in the grease bed and ensure continuous flow. It also assists suction by collecting grease from inner walls to the drum bottom.

Equipped with follower plate for grease pumps with shank Ø 30 mm. Suitable for drums 180–220 kg. Designed for high-viscosity greases and media.
