Description
It is recommended to always use the follower plate. Essential at low temperatures and with high‑viscosity greases. The vacuum created by the pump draws the plate toward the drum bottom; atmospheric pressure then forces the grease into the pump, preventing air cavities and enabling complete extraction, including grease adhering to the walls and bottom.
