Polyurethane sheets can be manufactured through centrifugal casting or mold casting, depending on production requirements. These sheets are widely used as coatings for wheels and rollers, screening meshes, hoppers, and valves. They are also utilized in the production of: Mold springs, Cutting table surfaces for the woodworking sector, Bumpers and shock-absorbing pads, Scrapers for conveyor belts, Components for elastic joints, Friction bushings, Squeegees for screen printing. Key Features Polyurethane sheets are characterized by their: High mechanical strength and wear resistance, Resistance to chemical agents, oils, mineral greases, and gasoline, Flexibility even at low temperatures, without becoming brittle, Excellent resistance to aging. Available Sizes and Thicknesses Sizes: 3050 x 520 mm 3660 x 520 mm 3660 x 1000 mm Custom-cut sheets available upon request. Thicknesses: 1 mm to 15 mm in standard increments (e.g., 1, 1.5, 2, etc.) Custom thicknesses available upon request.
