panel encoders offer a unique combination of 25 ppr and IP65 protection. The high quality of the range has been confirmed by our customers, who have subjected the encoders to extensive testing before incorporating them into their applications. The result of the tests was consistently the same: even after many hundreds of thousands of operations, the haptic characteristics, such as detent torque and shaft backlash, have changed only insignificantly. The electrical values at the output of the sensor were exactly the same as on the first day. This makes the panel encoder the first choice when it comes to longevity and consistent quality. MEGATRON customizes the panel encoders to customer requirements. An individual product adaptation could be a specific shaft geometry, a customized detent torque or push button force, as well as special electrical connection variants. Portfolio allocation Detents / resolutions: One detent A mechanical detent of 25 ppr. (25 audible and tactile "clicks") is available. Detent torques: Two variants The MRX25 panel encoder offers two detent torques: 0.4 ±0.2 Ncm or 1.2 ±0.5 Ncm. Customized detent torques are available on request.
