Overview
Portable VLF sine-wave test set VLF-SIN-62 for commissioning, diagnostic and sheath testing of medium-voltage cables. Provides VLF sine-wave output up to 44 kVrms (62 kV peak), DC testing up to ±62 kV, and optional Tan Delta and partial-discharge diagnostics for condition assessment.

Troubleshooting & usage notes (selected)

• Unit auto-adjusts test frequency when connected cable load is high for selected voltage/frequency
• If unit will not power on: check mains cable, input range and connections
• Tan Delta functions require the Tan Delta option to be activated in system settings
• For PD measurements with PDS 62-SIN, ensure correct grounding and short/direct connections to minimise interference
