The bearing bars of moulded GRP grating run the full height in both directions, providing a uniform high load capacity. Glass content is limited to a maximum of 40% due to technical requirements. Moulded GRP grating are manufactured by hand lay‑up with subsequent heat curing in moulds. The monolithic lattice structure provides outstanding resistance to many acids and alkalis. Various resin matrix systems and surface finishes are available, including anti‑slip options; consult corrosion‑resistance documentation for specific environments.
