Description

The CF series adopts a PTFE hydrophobic membrane with high flow rate and high porosity, which has a wide range of chemical resistance, especially suitable for the filtration of most chemicals and organic solvents in the electronics industry. Among them, the Φ130 CF series pleated filter cartridge is specially designed for the high-flow required by the high-generation liquid crystal display process. Features Excellent chemical compatibility, especially suitable for the filtration of etching solutions, stripping liquids, diluents, developers, cleaning agents and other chemicals Clean workshop production, using hot-melt welding technology, no pollution Optional hydrophilic PTFE filter medium, can form a low differential pressure to increase flow rates and extend service life Available in two sizes and pre-wetting Applications Suitable for panel TFT-LCD, LTPS, OLED and other wet process high flow (Ø83 series), high-generation line G7, G8.5, G10, G10.5 and other ultra-high flow (Ø130 series) filtration applications Very suitable for most LCD wet processing chemical filtration applications, such as etching solutions, stripping fluids, diluents, developers, cleaning agents and other chemical filtration applications
