MEMOLUB® ONE automatically delivers a smal and precise amount of lubricant at regular intervals for a continuous supply of fresh lubricant directly to your lube point and is ideally suited for application in difficult environments where the lubricant has to play an even more protective role than elsewhere. VISUAL FEEDBACK AS A PLUS. The newly added MEMOLUB HPS PLUS models include an integrated visual feedback system, providing clear indicators of operation and alerts for any issues, ensuring reliability and ease of maintenance across a wide range of applications. SIMPLE PROGRAMMING MEMOLUB® ONE's daily lubricant output is programmed by a very user-friendly coloured MEMO system. The red, white, green and yellow timing MEMOs determine how long it takes to empty the lubricant cartridge. There are four basic time settings; 1, 3, 6 and 12 month, that are suitable for a wide range a industrial applications. Once the appropriate MEMO is installed, the program is retained in the MEMO fitting, and at the lube point, allowing the user to interchange other MEMOLUB® ONE lubricators without the worry of reprogramming. A POWERFUL AND EFFICIENT PUMP The MEMOLUB ONE pump is engineered to deliver powerful output pressure (10bar/140psi) and is capable of pumping low- and high viscosity lubricants at extreme temperatures. Thanks to the patented electro-mechanical technology inside MEMOLUB ONE, the system is safe for the negative consequences of system back-pressure.
