Description

Infrared heaters, which are used for the complete curing of both wet and powder coatings, offer efficient and rapid curing, resulting in space and energy savings. Unlike traditional systems, infrared heating induces molecular movement directly in the coating and surface without heating the entire mass or air. In this friction-based heating method, only the metal surface and the material beneath—depending on its thermal conductivity—are heated, not the entire product. Infrared systems do not rely on air to transmit heat as conventional systems do. Instead, they directly heat the applied surface and the coating or paint itself. This enables much faster curing and heating compared to traditional methods. Advantages Gas-type infrared heaters produce heat through an exothermic reaction, meaning there is no open flame on the surface. This makes them safe to use in flammable or explosive environments. No harmful gas emissions are released due to the absence of open flames, allowing for environmentally friendly heating. Compact installation: Since curing takes less time, these systems can be installed in much smaller spaces compared to conventional ovens. Energy-efficient operation: Direct and faster heating leads to more economical curing and heating processes.
