In powder coating applications, conveyor type ovens are used during the curing process and are manufactured with electric resistance heaters or liquid/gas fuel burners. Their operating temperature can reach up to 250°C. They operate on the principle of heating the air inside the oven through a burner unit and recirculating it back into the oven with the help of a fan. These ovens are designed based on the number of parts to be painted, product dimensions, and available installation space. They are manufactured in two configurations: U-type and Straight-type. In conveyor-type powder coating facilities, ovens used for curing the paint are manufactured with electric resistance, liquid fuel, or gas burners, with an operating temperature of up to 250°C.
