Description

Plastisol coating refers to the process of covering all or part of a metal surface. Available in liquid PVC form from our company; It is used for coating racks in plating baths, products requiring an aesthetic appearance, products needing a soft surface, products where electrical conductivity is undesirable, surfaces where noise and vibration are to be minimized, products and specific areas where sharp edges and metal friction should be avoided. Depending on the amount to be coated, liquid PVC can be custom produced in the desired color, quantity, and for the intended purpose. Plastisol coating consists of 3 stages: + Preheating + Dipping into liquid plastisol + Curing process Plastisol coating is used to enhance corrosion resistance and extend the lifespan of products, provide an aesthetic appearance, protect sharp surfaces, and for applications where electrical conductivity is not desired. Industrially, PVC (plastisol) coating is widely used in sectors such as: Playground and Park Equipment Hand Tools and Hardware Products And many other sectors. Production can be customized in desired colors and specifications depending on the quantity of products to be coated.
