Hexagonal PVC caps are preferred in wet painting and coating applications to protect hexagonal nuts and bolt ends from impacts and damage that may occur during shipment. They can be produced up to a standard length of 50 mm, have instantaneous temperature resistance up to 177 °C, are resistant to chemicals in coating baths, are made from flexible PVC material, and are available in standard colors: Black, Yellow, Red, and Blue.
