On this occasion the solution was to package packages with irregular configurations based on a variable number of stacked batteries. To ensure that the best possible package is made, the system intercepts the shape and adapts to the package stabilization. To ensure that the best possible package is made, the system intercepts the shape and adapts to the package stabilization. The line is articulated and with many functions that develop in sequence: at the beginning a loading and centering station; then feeder with MF2 machine able to choose 2 different sizes as top cover film. Thus, the RA300 wrapping machine with arm with device for film height reduction that enhances the mechanical stability and safety of the packaging; lastly, a vertical strapping system with a double edge protection applicator to position both on the short side and on the long side.
