The line is designed to develop complete packaging: horizontal and vertical strapping with compaction, hood for protection from atmospheric agents, heat shrinking to guarantee maximum mechanical strength and stability to the pack in conditions of complex traffic and long transport. The horizontal strapping machine positions the strap and compacts the pack to ensure load stability and safety during transport, while the vertical strapping machine with rotary table launches the strap through a bayonet system and hooks the load to the pallet. The hooding machine prepares and positions the tubular film on the packages and adapts it to different heights, then the film shrinking process is entrusted to an oven equipped with burners designed to provide a constant and proportionate heat flow that guarantees uniform heat treatment of the hoods also with films of minimum thickness.
