The VACUTAP® VR® type family offers a real alternative to the on-load tap-changers from our extensive OILTAP® R/RM and M program.
•Maintenance-free up to 300,000 tap-change operations with no time component. The figure for the VR I HD is 600,000 tap-change operations.
•Change of vacuum interrupters only after 600,000 tap-change operations. The figure for the VR I 1601 is 300,000 tap-change operations.
Exchange of the diverter switch insert after 1.2 million tap-change operations
Intended for selected alternative insulating fluids
Intended for operation in earthquake-prone areas
