The folding machine Thalmann TD 150 is a double folder, it can fold long sheet metal with a length of 21 to 40 feet. This hydraulic double folder can fold complex parts without few manipulations, because it folds upward and downwards. It is also possible to make folds of 45°. Thalmann double folders are driven by a unique technology of synchronous shaft which synchronizes the folding and the clamping beam built, ensures a high accuracy and a perfect parallelism. These double folders are equipped with a gripper system for a precise positioning of the metal sheet.
