Track-mounted cone crusher designed for secondary and tertiary crushing of hard rock, integrating pre-screen and product screen to improve screening and end-product quality while maintaining mobility and a compact footprint.

Process and configuration features

• Three main configurations: pre-screen; product screen; combined pre-screen + product screen for process flexibility.
• Pre-screen removes fines before the crusher to reduce wear and can increase capacity.
• Product screen (large double-deck, approx. 5.6 m² screening area) classifies crushed material on-site; oversize can be returned to the crusher.
• Combined configuration enables both fines removal and direct end-product classification on the same unit.
