Short descriptionIR emitter with high modulation frequency designed for NDIR gas analysis applications.
Key facts- Time constant: 12.5 ms
- High radiation power with long-term stability
- High durability
Product detailsJSIR - Infrared emitter with cap and window
This IR emitter variant features a high-performance, virtually fail-safe membrane made of nanoamorphous carbon. It reaches membrane temperatures up to 850°C to deliver high and long-term stable radiation output. The JSIR 350 IR emitter is suitable for gas analysis in medical, industrial and other demanding environments.
The packaging version is available in a standard TO39 housing with a cap and no window. The emitter can be used with MTS thermopile detectors or MPS pyrodetectors. When combined with Micro-Hybrid IR detectors, the system achieves optimal performance for accurate gas concentration measurements. The combination of filling gas (nitrogen) and optical window (CaF2) optimizes emission in the wavelength range from UV up to 10 µm.
