Short descriptionPremium infrared emitter for NDIR gas analysis with high modulation frequency. The JSIR 350-4 in HermeSEAL configuration uses a nanoamorphous carbon membrane to reach active-area temperatures up to 850 °C, providing a stable radiation output suited to demanding applications in medical, industrial and aerospace gas sensing.
PackagingThe device is supplied in a standard TO39 housing with an added reflector and a SiARC anti-reflective window. This packaging optimizes emission across the 2 to 15.5 µm wavelength range. The HermeSEAL® option uses a patented soldered-window process (no adhesive) to ensure a hermetic seal, protecting the sensitive membrane and improving lifetime and reliability in high-temperature, humid or aggressive environments.
