The 9638B is a low-g military OCXO that uses electronic vibration compensation to provide superior dynamic phase noise, frequency accuracy and stability in a 1" high package.
Microsemi's 9638B low-g sensitivity military oscillator is designed to withstand a wide range of operating environments encountered in next generation military navigation, radar, and secure communications systems.
High Performance Crystal Resonator
The 9638B is based around an ovenized 10 MHz, 3rd-overtone SC-cut crystal resonator enclosed in a hermetically sealed 2.07" x 2.187" x 1.01" package.
