Alongside the traditional worldwide appreciated production of profile projectors with screen diameter from 350 mm to 1500 mm, Microtecnica is proud to launch onto the international markets the new revolutionary MICROGENIUS measuring system. The newly conceived device is designed for the bidimensional measurement of workpieces for the aeronautic, automotive, textile machinery, electric/electronic, home appliances, rubber industries and in any sector where a quick and accurate testing is required. It is also especially suitable for serial workpiece testing. The instrument modular structure allows to personalise its performances according to customer’s specific requirements by simply selecting the most appropriate accessories and equipment: • lenses • condensers • camera • mechanical components. The functioning principle consists in either a standard or a high definition telecentric objective along with a camera to capture all workpiece details with absolute precision. Once the measuring program has been configured, the workpiece is placed on the table and a dedicated software automatically measures all the required shape dimensions. The outcome is instantly available for further statistical data processing. It is possible to store any measuring program that is then immediately available when the piece is placed on the table ready for measurement and can be instantly selected avoiding the inconvenience of a manual search. Unlike most of similar instruments, MICROGENIUS offers the advantage of non-standard customized measuring programs that fully comply with the actual diversified user’s specifications and needs.
