Automated Traveling Head HIGH FREQUENCY WELDER The RFlex Travel is a radio frequency welding machine with a traveling head for the production of large format PVC and PU products. The reliable and repeatable technology gives you waterproof and air tight welds with minimally visible seams, even on multiple layers of fabrics. With an optional vacuum worktable up to 100 meters long, you can easily line up your fabric with the laser guides, vacuum it down and press go. Let your traveling welding head do the work for you. It’s designed to cover a large range of power output configurations with the use of our exclusive RF autotuning system. The RFlex welder at its core is a 15kW RF powered machine. Using the most recent RF generator technology, our efficient RF machine will perform as most 17kW or 22kW machines with a maximum RFlex welding surface being at almost 100 squared inches in a linear configuration.
