This lineup features hybrid stepper motor drivers and driver-integrated motors. Pairing them with encoder-equipped stepper motors enables closed-loop control. Our diverse range meets various design requirements, offering standalone drivers that maintain high torque even at high speeds, and driver-integrated types for space-saving installations.
Furthermore, by using vector control to supply the optimal current based on the load, the drive current is reduced to approximately one-sixth* compared to conventional open-loop control. This suppresses heat generation in the motor and prevents equipment shutdowns caused by rising temperatures. Even under continuous operating conditions, it maintains low temperatures and ensures stable motor drive.
Standalone Driver: cX-stepper S Series
This driver for hybrid stepping motors maximizes motor performance. It features stall-free operation through closed-loop control, high torque, high responsiveness, and low vibration, contributing to stable equipment operation.
It enables flexible combinations with any of the nine available motor sizes and an electric gripper to suit your application. We also offer flexible customization to meet your specifications, including modifying shaft shapes and adding gears or electromagnetic brakes.
Driver-Integrated Motor: cX-stepper D Series
This driver-integrated hybrid stepping motor eliminates the need for wiring between the motor and driver, enabling a more compact equipment layout. It supports daisy-chain connections via Modbus RTU* and CANopen, allowing a controller to collectively manage up to 15 units, which simplifies wiring and reduces installation man-hours.
