The TMD/F/BR filler breather is designed with several outstanding features. It incorporates vertical ribs that facilitate enhanced gripping and provide a strong, threaded connection. The unit is available in a standard, round headed design, black colored body and a red lid. The lid is outfitted with the word- "OIL" and a fill symbol in a graphical design. The 114-112 models are provided with yellow lids and the word- "DIESEL" if required and asked for. The lid can be custom-designed with the company logo or can be neutral for large-numbered orders. The filer breather is structured in Polyamide 66 that imparts a high level of resilience to mechanical strain at all temperatures ranges up to a maximum of 100°C (212°F). It is equipped with an O-ring seal with 70 shore hardness and excellent resilience to oil. The air filter, manufactured from polyurethane, is positioned just below the lid, thereby facilitating easy, efficient removal, cleaning and refitting. The air filter provides filtration up to 40 micron. Competent vents are provided below the head to allow the passage of air at high volumes. This makes the units perfectly suited to applications where oil levels change frequently and at short intervals, so that air enters and leaves the system efficiently.
