The 622B provides a direct measurement of the chamber's total pressure, thus, removing the need for tables or conversion factors. It provides a maximum overpressure limit, to guarantee dependability from any system accident.
In addition, the unit offers a total scale measurement range of 1 up to 1000 Torr, or 1.3 up to 1333 mbar. It runs in an input voltage of +/-15 VDC, and has an analog output signal of 0 up to 10 VDC.
