Electric pallet jacks are extremely flexible material handling equipment that combine the convenience of a very low loading surface with the functionality of a lifting loading surface. Thanks to these features, Morello’s heavy-duty pallet jacks enable the handling of heavy loads in complete safety, without the use of overhead cranes, which can create an unsafe environment for workers due to suspended loads. The load is placed on suitable steel pallets (Morello can design them specifically for customers) so that our motorized pallet jack can be positioned under the pallet to lift and move it to another location within the plant. It is also possible to simply place the load on supports (for example wooden blocks), so that our walk-behind pallet jack can lift the load and move it to other supports in another area of the plant. All this can be done with loads of up to 100 tons! Completely EFFORTLESS OPERATIONS In order to optimize performance, Morello’s industrial electric pallet trucks are equipped with a motorized steering system, lightening the load for workers. The installation of a control drawbar is one of the possible options, but customers usually prefer to control heavy-duty electric pallet jacks with a pendant or radio remote control in order to minimize the steering radius and make machine control completely effortless for workers.
