COMPLETELY CUSTOMIZED EX-proof powered trolleys Morello designs and produces ATEX transporters and explosion-proof trailers for Oil & Gas, chemical and mining sectors, paint booths and industries that require explosion-proof equipment in order to avoid risk of explosion. Offshore platforms and ships as well as onshore plants require effective on-site handling services for large loads. Large engines, heat exchangers and other heavy machinery often have to be moved within small places that are inaccessible by crane, for this reason they are transported using ATEX trolleys. Our explosion-proof trolleys and ATEX trucks are specifically designed and customized for these environments which are hazardous and particularly demanding. FLEXIBILITY On offshore platforms and ships there are small spaces where loads must be moved and transported. Perfectly suitable for this field of application, our explosion-proof pallet trucks are equipped with an omnidirectional steering system: carousel (rotation around its center), lateral movements (90°), diagonal movements and other steering modalities. SAFETY Each ATEX trolley is equipped with explosion-proof components, certified according to the area in which they have to operate (Class 1 and 2, Division 1 and 2, Zone 1 and 2, gas and dust). When required, ATEX trucks can be provided with certifications. SUITABLE FOR HARSH ENVIRONMENT Considering the adverse conditions in which explosion-proof trolleys and pallet jacks must operate, we have designed a completely waterproof structure with a protection for the electrical components that reaches IP69 protection degree.
