DM100 self cleaning was designed for the cleaning of the olives. The stainless steel structure is equipped with a blower and a 2 passages rotary drumthat prevents the noise during the use. Studied to remove foreign bodies and leaves, leaving the olives ready for the subsequent step of the cleaning. The olives introduced into the hopper are immediatly carried with a screw to a drum, in order to remove the bigger branches and stones. The second step takes place into the second drum placed outside where the blower, with a powerful stream of air, pushes the leaves and the little branches outside while the soil, thanks to the rotation of the drum, falls down to the discharge screw. During the second phase, a coil placed inside the external drum pushes the olives toward the blower and let them fall into a channel that carries them outside the machine, leaving them cleaned and ready for the oil mill.
