DLE SUPER_TD unit is composed of a belt elevator with a hopper suitable to receive 400 kg olives, equipped with a vibrator and a variable speed doser, necessary in case of very dirty olives. The first blower is at the end of the elevator: this removes approx. 70-80% of the foreign particles. The olives are dropped into the disc branch remover that separates the small branches from leaves and expulses them towards outside. In that way the olives are conveyed onto the washer which, by means of hydro-pneumatic pressure, washes them and drives them onto the discharge belt; here they are washed with clean water and then dried and dropped into the crusher hopper. All parts in contact are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
