Olive pitting machine DN.100

Specifically studied to separate the pits from the olives (depitting operation). The machine is composed of an olive loading hopper equipped with feeding unit driven by gear motor. The olives are transferred to the basket and spun through a three shovel beater so that the depitted paste is discharged separate from the pits (two different outlets). The screen is kept constantly clean through a specific cleaning device and a specific auger feeds the pump transferring the depitted paste to malaxers. The DN.100 pit remover can be equipped with a PSS.1 pump for product transfer through a pipe. The perforated basket can built with all types of perforation so as to fit different types of products, such as pâté, berries (similar to olives). The inverter for turns variation is important to set the proper pit cleaning.
