Olive pitting machine DN-1000

Specifically studied to separate the pits from the olives (depitting operation). The machine is composed of an olive loading hopper equipped with feeding unit driven by gear motor. The olives are transferred to the basket and spun through a three shovel beater so that the depitted paste is discharged separate from the pits (two different outlets). The screen is kept constantly clean through a specific cleaning device and a specific auger feeds the pump transferring the depitted paste to malaxers. All parts in contact with the product are built AISI 304.
