Minimal rolling resistance for great ergonomics The aluminium profiles have been designed for maximum strength and torsional rigidity combined with a very low tare weight, making Mechrail a very easy-to-use and ergonomic traverse system. The starting force as well as rolling resistance the operator experiences during handling is among the absolute lowest in the market. The trolleys have a high strength aluminium frame and are equipped with extremely easy-rolling plastic wheels with premium quality bearings. The crane system can also be equipped with Movomech’s electric or pneumatic drive units Powerdrive for multi-directional propulsion. Expandable and maintenance-free profiles Mechrail crane system is easy to install and expand or supplement as needed. Of course, the profiles are anodized and thus maintenance free. A selection of alternative suspension systems exist for different building constructions. The crane system can either be mounted directly in the roof construction or on a floor-mounted steel structure.
