The maximum stroke ups to 115 mm. The resolution ups to 10 micrometers by Electronics Linear Scale. The actuator will be used a precise lead screw with 1 mm of pitch. 2 or 3 units of this model can be set up a 2-Axis Stage (XY or XZ Stage) and XYZ Positioning Stage by the holes on the top and bottom. A Right Angle Bracket T90A will be required when fix the stage in Z direction.
