The GP 1 monoblock is an automatic machine for filling and capping bottles, ideal for laboratories and large-scale production. Configurable with filling stations (0.5–1000 ml), sub-cap and cap insertion, and capping (pressure, screwing, crimping), it is suitable for syrups, cosmetics and sterile products such as eye drops or injectables. Main features of the filling line: - 16-station star wheel: moved by a Maltese cross system, it guarantees a smooth and constant workflow for bottle handling. - Touch screen with integrated PLC: the simple and intuitive interface allows you to preset the filling and capping processes.
