Description

MultiGel's Dosafluid is a dispenser for liquids and creams that ensures fast, accurate and repeatable filling, ideal for pharmacies and galenic, nutraceutical and cosmetic laboratories. Thanks to the peristaltic pump, it automates dosing, reducing working times: the operator only has to replace the full bottles with empty ones. Compact and easy to maintain, it is also perfect for sensitive or difficult-to-clean substances. With optional discs for different bottle diameters, it offers maximum efficiency and flexibility. Main features of Dosafluid: - Precise and adjustable dosing: using a peristaltic pump, the system is able to accurately dose both liquids and low-viscosity creams, with a minimum capacity of 1 ml per single filling. - PLC with integrated display: the PLC panel allows you to set all processing parameters, including dosing speed, pump speed and number of bottles to be filled. - Automatic filling system: Dosafluid is equipped with a rotating disc that can hold 20 bottles, which it fills automatically, simplifying and optimising the process. - Easy to clean: Dosafluid stands out for its quick and easy maintenance. Since only the silicone tube comes into contact with the product, cleaning is quick and hassle-free.
