Smart Production Dashboard The Production Dashboard gives a clear real-time overview of production KPIs on a local display or remotely on a PC. Data are itemized by production day and shift to identify differences and long-term trends quickly.

Smart OEE Analyzer The Smart OEE Analyzer evaluates operating data (up to four weeks) to calculate availability, quality and performance and determine OEE. Interactive time-series dashboards allow selection of periods and shift models to identify causes of insufficient OEE.

Smart Log Analyzer The Smart Log Analyzer reads protocol and fault memory, uploads relevant data to the Smart Hub and visualizes events that cause downtime by total downtime, average downtime or frequency, supporting targeted troubleshooting.

Smart Article Manager Smart Article Manager displays key article parameters and highlights deviations from standard settings, enabling rapid and precise intervention in case of incorrect settings.
