Short description
The HVD 450 is a wear-free switching and management unit for controlled discharge of high-voltage DC links. Discharge is performed through a customer‑supplied resistor. Instead of mechanical contactors the HVD 450 uses a high-voltage transistor for switching, eliminating mechanical wear and extending service life. The device provides intelligent monitoring and stops the discharge in case of faults.
