- Rigid base, heavy structure and balanced masses to minimize vibrations, achieving low surface roughness and fine surface finish.
Motor and control
- Electric motor 1.8 kW (2.5 HP) mounted on two motorized linear stepper axes.
- Siemens PLC with touchscreen and intuitive software; programmable automatic work cycle.
- Head rotation 0°–90°; hundredth-scale head descent with electronic handwheel for precision movements; wheel rotation reversal; table speed variator 3–35 rpm.
Grinding tools and capacities
- Tangential grinding wheel Ø250 mm; optional face grinding wheel Ø150 mm.
- Working capacity up to Ø500 mm; movable column allows machining over 300 mm from the table.

- Magnetic table Ø300 mm or larger (optional).
